Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Hallam Natural Medicine. To ensure the best service for all my clients, I have the following booking & cancellation policy: A $55 deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduling with proper notice (at least 24 hours). By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
